Billing(Korean)Technical Support Engineer

岗位内容

Support Engineers earn customer loyalty by collaboratively solving highly complex and critical customer problems, providing proactive advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements, and creating self-help assets to broadly reach more customers.

岗位要求

Qualification:
1 BS Degree in business administration or computer science related degree
2 Spoken and written English and Mandarin, English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC test score 650 will be a plus
3 Good initiative, motivation, communication skills and good team member
4 Self-driven, aggressive and out-going

SOFT SKILLS
1 Excellent demonstrated customer service skills
2 Effective, polished interaction with customer to define issue scope; gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status and conclude the service provided to customers
3 Passion for technology and customer support
4 Understanding of cloud and on-premise computing.
5 Familiarity with fundamentals of cloud computing.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
1 Technical understanding of commerce platform concepts and procedures including online services, Order to Cash operations and general billing and commerce systems processes (e.g., invoicing, credit card transactions).
2 Technical aptitude sufficient to develop an understanding of the Azure Platform, architecture and services.

EXPERIENCE
1 3~5 years of support or equivalent experience including a customer facing or customer support role a skilled at interacting with customers

Key Measure:
1 Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts, personal computer architecture and networking required.
2 Must have the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands, addressing shifting priorities, and maintaining focus.
3 Strong communication, problem solving and technical writing skills; excellent customer service and support skills required
4 Fluent in English and Korean
