项目描述

We provide technical support to Microsoft Premier customers by resolving technical issues on Microsoft Platforms and delivering Technical Support against CPE and workflow efficiency targets;

As a Microsoft Sharepoint Support Engineer you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and adequate manner through electronic support, phone support, advisory services and emergency on-site support.

岗位内容

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、Retain Microsoft SharePoint technologies and solve related customer incidents confidently.
2、Provide timely technical support on the problems for Enterprise customers according to customer’s working time.
3、Collaborate with Microsoft Full Time Employee team to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.

NATURE AND SCOPE:
1、Provide direct contact from Microsoft to the customers via phone and Email
2、Be extremely accurate in the information and solutions provided to the customer.
3、Decide among other things how best to satisfy each customer's needs in varying critical and non-critical situations.
4、Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality when interacting with Microsoft customers

岗位要求

1、Bachelor or Master Degree with at least 2 years of full time Development/IT operation experience in multi-national companies.
2、Solid education background of computer science
3、Solid knowledge of Microsoft product or development, i.e: .Net,
4、Database (SQL Server), and networking is required.
5、Excellent written and verbal English skill is a must.Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS/SPS) is preferred
